The gift card is emailed to you once you've checked out and includes a voucher code that is redeemable on www.swoonworthyscents.com. Once you've received the email from us, you're then free to forward it on to the recipient and add your gift message at the same time (it's not possible to add a gift message for Gift cards at the basket at this time).
Gift cards are valid for 12 months, however, they can't be refunded or exchanged for cash.
